 | | Officers | | | | Each officer has undergone a rigorous application and interview process. These officers devote a great amount of time, energy, and dedication to being leaders of this Greek Community. Each member has met the board requirements of being a full time student, in good standing with the University and her chapter, and maintaining at 2.5 cumulative GPA or better. During their time on Exec, they will attend the Association for Fraternal Leadership and Values conference, serve as members of the recruitment team, and fulfill any other duties pertaining to their position. They've pledged themselves to the standards of their position in front of their peers and chapter presidents, and have been deemed worthy of the honor. |

She must have served previously on the Panhellenic Council Executive Board, as a Panhellenic Council Delegate, or on a National Panhellenic Conference chapter’s Executive Board. |

Following its approval by the Panhellenic Council, she will provide a copy to each Panhellenic Association member sorority; Receive all payments due to the Panhellenic Association, collect all dues, and give receipts; Be responsible for prompt payments of all bills; Maintain up-to-date financial records; Maintain up-to-date roll of the members of Panhellenic Council and call it at all Council meetings; Keep current statistics concerning the number of initiated members and new members of each Panhellenic Association member sorority; Keep full minutes of all meetings of the Panhellenic Association of Southeast Missouri State University, the Panhellenic Council, and a record of all action taken by the Executive Board; Maintain a complete and up-to-date file which will include the minutes of the meetings of the Panhellenic Council and other correspondence; Be responsible for the official correspondence of the Panhellenic Council unless provided otherwise; andCoordinate Council Fundraising; Responsible for organizing signature changes during officer transitions; Perform all other duties usually pertaining to the office.
