What is a Pi Chi?
For women going through sorority recruitment, they may often feel confused, excited, nervous, or in need of a sympathetic ear. When a little extra help of attention is needed that is where the Pi Chi, or Recruitment Counselors come in. Just as their name implies, Recruitment Counselors are trained women from the Greek system that are available to help their groups by answering questions, clearing up problems, or to just be a friend to talk to. A Pi Chi leads small groups of potential new members to each event and help the group get to know each other better. In fact, by getting to know your Pi Chi group, you will be meeting many great women who will soon be members of the Greek system too. Pi Chi's are educated on the details of every sorority, and are available to provide direct and honest answers to your questions about Sorority life. So, if there is ever a time that you need a person to talk to or need a little advice, just ask your Pi Chi. She'll be glad to help!
